By using HeliumServers.com services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our separate Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree with any part of these terms or the AUP, you must not use our services.
2. IPv4 Allocation
Upon user request for additional IPv4 addresses:
Servers will be deployed from any available location where IPv4 addresses are accessible
Location selection is at the sole discretion of HeliumServers.com
Users cannot specify or demand specific locations for IPv4 deployment
Service functionality remains guaranteed regardless of deployment location
3. Payment and Refund Policy
All sales are final, and HeliumServers.com does not offer cash refunds except in exceptional circumstances determined at our sole discretion. Additional payment terms:
Payments are due in advance of service periods
Failure to pay within 5 days of due date may result in service suspension
Reactivation of suspended accounts incurs a $25 fee
Refunds, when approved, are issued as account credit only
Account credit can only be used for future HeliumServers.com services
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
4. Resource Usage
Users must not:
Exceed allocated bandwidth or storage limits
Use excessive CPU or memory resources affecting other users
Run unauthorized scripts or processes
Operate cryptocurrency mining operations
Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of services.
5. Backups and Data Loss
Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. HeliumServers.com:
Is not liable for any data loss
May perform courtesy backups but does not guarantee their availability
Recommends users maintain off-site backups
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime but:
Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations
No compensation is offered for downtime under 1 hour
Maximum compensation is limited to one month’s service fee
7. Account Security
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of their account credentials
All activities under their account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
8. Service Modifications
HeliumServers.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice or liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
HeliumServers.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, for any violation of these terms or the AUP, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Users may terminate their account with 30 days’ written notice.
11. Governing Law
